ENROLLMENT PROCESS

United Online Academy accepts student enrollments on a rolling basis. Students may begin at anytime during the year. Please determine the appropriate student status, and then follow the remainder of the steps below to enroll your student. Alternatively, if you would like someone to contact you to answer questions or concerns before enrolling, please submit a request on the “contact us” page and an enrollment advisor will contact you shortly.

Once enrollment application is received, a counselor will contact you within 24 hours to decide on a lesson plan. Students can be enrolled and online in less than 48 hours.

Online Enrollment

Determine your status:
FULL TIME
You are a student who is taking at least 4 academic courses in a semester. You are not attending any other school. UOA will receive and maintain all of your school records.
PART TIME
You are a student who is enrolled in another school but needs or wants to take a class or two from UOA to accelerate or catch up in your studies. UOA will not maintain your cumulative school records, instead your credit will be transferred back to your “home school.”
Enrollment Online
Before enrolling, please look through our website,
visit the FAQ page and try our course demo.
Complete the online enrollment registration.
Please also submit the following documents electronically or
via fax to: 866-512-4956
Full-Time students:
• Student’s transcripts or grade reports
If you do not have the transcripts, please download, complete, and submit the “Request for School Records” form. UOA will request the school records.
• Student’s immunization records
Part-Time Students:
• Please download and complete the “course verification” form.
This form will guarantee credit acceptance and provide the deadline for course completion from your “home school.”
An enrollment advisor will contact you to discuss any questions that you may have concerning our policies and procedures and to help create an instructional plan that is most appropriate for your student.

Once all of the steps above are complete and the initial payment is received, the student will be enrolled in the appropriate courses, and you will be sent login information so that the student may begin working on their courses.
